The hotel

A typical Alsatian 16th-century half-timbered house, Maison Kammerzell, located at the foot of the Cathedral, is one of the city's most emblematic restaurants. Its stained glass, gothic vaults and rooms decorated by the famous painter Léo Schnug will transport you to a unique medieval atmosphere, and Chef Guy Pierre Baumann's specialty dish, fish sauerkraut, is sure to delight you.
